Artisan cheese makers rejoice! Time to get a crash course on one of the food’s hottest trends. Hone your wine and cheese tasting skills with exclusive Concannon Vineyard wines and “It’s Not You, It’s Brie” author and cheese making teacher, Kirstin Jackson, for a mozzarella making and stretching party! After a breezy cheese science lesson from Kirstin, you’ll make mozzarella from scratch and Sommelier LeeAnn Kaufman will give you the scoop on the perfect wine and mozzarella pairing. Seating is limited for this very hands-on cheese loving experience.
