Zaca Mesa was the third winery established in Santa Barbara County, back in 1973. While Zaca Mesa makes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay like most of their Santa Barbara brethren, they decided long ago that their vineyard sites were better suited to Rhone varieties, and so that is what will be featured at our dinner.
