Experiences Host Process Flow

WineCountry Experiences are designed to be as frictionless as possible for both our Guests and our Experience Hosts. Here’s how it works:

Host Receives Reservation Request

As a WineCountry Experiences Host, you will receive reservation requests via email from WineCountry. These requests are generated by guests who have reserved your experience and are awaiting confirmation.

The request email will include the number of guests and preferred date and time of the experience. WineCountry will manage the guest’s credit card information. The card will be authorized, but not charged until the reservation is confirmed by the host.

Host Confirms Reservation

As the Host, if the reservation request (# of preferred guests, date, and time) is available, you will send a confirmation reply email to WineCountry.

AIMPORTANT NOTE: The Host is responsible for entering the confirmed reservation into their scheduling or reservation system.

WineCountry will then charge the guest’s authorized credit card. We will also notify the guest via email that their experience is confirmed and their credit card has been charged.

If Host Can’t Confirm

If the requested reservation is not available, the Host will need to email WineCountry with alternate date and time suggestions.

WineCountry will coordinate with the guest to confirm their availability based on alternate dates and times that were provided by the Host.

Host Connects Directly With Guest and Fulfills Experience

Once the reservation is confirmed, you the Host will receive your Guest’s contact information to connect directly with the Guest in advance of the experience.
