  • 2 ¼ cups unsifted flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (½ pound butter)
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Mix flour with baking soda and salt, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with both sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, then chips.
  • Drop by large spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.  Bake 8-12 minutes, just until golden around the edges.  Do not overbake!
