This Summer Edition class focuses on seasonal dishes perfect for warm weather, featuring bold flavors and sizzling techniques. You’ll cook side by side with the chef, then gather around the table to enjoy the delicious meal you helped prepare—all with a stunning vineyard view.

Guests receive a CASS apron, professional instruction, a glass of wine during the class, and a full summer-inspired dinner. Optional wine pairings are available to enhance your meal.
