Epicurean Experience: Harvest Dinner at Archery Summit Winery celebrates Oregon’s harvest with an intimate evening in the estate caves. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner by Chef Paul Stanislaw of Alchemy NW Catering, featuring seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients paired with Archery Summit wines.

Highlights include Oregon flounder, handmade tortellini, porcini-crusted hanger steak, and dark chocolate soufflé. Estate Winemaker Kim Abrahams will host the evening, sharing stories and insights from the current harvest.
