- in the event of inclement weather impacting tour quality and safety, we reserve the right to reschedule. Should the new date not suit you, we offer refunds via a digital gift card, free of charge and with no expiration.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Guests are allowed to reschedule for any reason without penalty with at least a 72 hour notice.
If you absolutely need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of booking for reservations made 3 days in advance. After 24 hours, we are able to provide a 50% refund for any cancellations. Read More
